We are looking for our next Product Manager, a role designed to assess, define and drive the roadmap of our information management and archiving platform.

In this role, you will be our eyes and ears in the market, constantly assessing market opportunities, analyzing our competition and defining the product requirements to ensure we continue to innovate and dominate.

We’re looking for a leader with a strong product management background and mindset, but also a very good understanding of the product development process.

The role:

• Define, deliver and optimize the roadmap based on product objectives and goals
• Define and execute the product roadmap while collaborating with stakeholders, Business Analyst, Product Marketing, Delivery Manager and Development Team
• Facilitate the definition of the product requirements
• Understand customer needs to offer the best customer experience and solution
• Analyze the market, understand the competition, propose innovative solutions and translate into roadmap items
• Act as a link between the development team and stakeholders, assisting the team in their delivery process
• Develop, communicate and manage processes that support the product management lifecycle
• Collaboration is key, so leading through influence is more important than leading through authority
• Build strong relationships internally and externally
• We value quality, we deliver on time, we develop iteratively from healthy foundations, and we constantly communicate so we expect the Product Manager to adhere to these best practices

 Here are some things that we really need, to have a good start:

• Experience in software development (Python, .NET background is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar roles
• Proficiency in communicating with multiple stakeholders, business and technical, internal and external, to clarify and shape the technical requirements
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into product requirements
• Proficiency in working with collaboration tools and workflow management
• Experience in the Agile Software Development Process
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Proven data analysis skills and data-driven business decisions
