Required Technical Skills & Experience
• Expert-level Unix/Linux knowledge with strong hands-on troubleshooting experience. • Ability to read, understand, and reason about source code written in common backend languages (Python). • Solid understanding of application architecture and execution flows. • Proven ability to identify logical errors, misconfigurations, and potential bugs by correlating logs, metrics, code, and system behavior. • Strong troubleshooting methodology and systems thinking, with a bias toward root-cause analysis rather than workarounds. • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and distributed systems concepts. • Experience operating in high-pressure, customer-impacting environments.
Interview Process
• In-person, technically focused interview. • Heavy emphasis on Unix/Linux troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and problem-solving. • Expect hands-on technical discussions and scenario-based questions.
Perks & Benefits:
• Opportunity to work at the intersection of software development, operations, and customer-facing technology. • Key role in improving platform reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction. • Exposure to modern cloud platforms, automation frameworks, and large-scale production systems. • Competitive salary • Extensive medical package • Gym and wellness reimbursement • Paid Time Off based on years of experience • Meal vouchers • Parking spaces • Yearly bonuses based on individual and company’s performance • Flexible and delivery-oriented work program • The opportunity to access and work on the latest Microsoft technologies • Growth opportunities

About the job We are looking for a QA Manual Tester to join a long standing client project building a mobile application used by door to door sales teams across Europe.
