Requirements
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: • Build and evolve scalable, secure and high-performance experiences for our customers • Take ownership of your code every step of the way - from development to testing, deployment and maintenance • Contribute to the technical direction of the platform and help shape solutions that balance customer experience, security, and developer usability • Deliver clean, scalable, and thoroughly tested code, while promoting adherence to modern engineering principles and teamwide coding standards • Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to address user challenges, designing practical yet innovative solutions that deliver real impact • Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and technical debates, while producing clear documentation to foster knowledge sharing and drive continuous team improvement.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • 10+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems, ideally serving millions of users, and at least 5+ years of experience with Python • Proven experience in DevOps practices, including running and operating what you build • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and driving improvements in developer productivity • Comfortable working in cloud environments (preferably Azure) • Experience with microservices and database management.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Developing performant, resilient and secure services/functions; Building and handling asynchronous and event-driven workflows; Creating testable code and making testing a priority; Being passionate, self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose; Being a vocal team player with the ability to challenge the technical landscape; Caring about all the steps your code goes through from your machine to production; Participating in architectural design decisions.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 6 years of .NET development experience for Senior level and 4–5 years for Mid level; Knowledge of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing methodologies, CI/CD processes & DevOps: GitHub Actions; Experience in Event-driven architecture with AWS (SNS / SQS); Experience with Databases: DynamoDB, PostgreSQL; Experience in Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS Cloud, Docker, Terraform; Testing at all levels and breaths and depths. You love TDD! Practice and promote Agile methodology; Experience with GitHub Copilot & ChatGPT (code assistance), GitHub Actions (for ECS services); Fluency in English.
