About the job We are looking for a Senior React / React Native Developer to join a long standing client project building a mobile application used by door to door sales teams across Europe. This is a high impact product with real users in the field every single day. If something breaks, someone is probably standing at a customer’s front door. No pressure. The ideal candidate brings strong frontend architecture experience, deep React knowledge, and at least 3 years of hands-on React Native development.
About the Role As a Senior React / React Native Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the architecture and technical direction of a mobile first application used at scale across multiple European markets. You will not just deliver tickets. You will influence decisions, mentor strong mid level developers, and help the team raise its technical standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, modern frontend practices, and keeping up with what is happening in the AI space.
Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript. • Take architectural decisions and improve code structure, performance, and maintainability. • Mentor mid level developers and help them grow to the next level. • Collaborate directly with stakeholders and communicate technical trade offs clearly. • Promote best practices in testing, performance, and clean code. • Leverage AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and code quality. Yes, we do not pretend AI does not exist.
Requirements • 7+ years of frontend development experience. • At least 3 years of hands on experience with React Native. • Strong experience with React and TypeScript. • Proven experience making architectural decisions in production systems. • Experience mentoring developers and improving team standards. • Strong communication skills and confidence in challenging ideas constructively. • Proactive ownership mindset.
