We are looking for a results-driven and consultative Sales Consultant with a strong background in B2B software sales. This role is focused on driving the adoption of AI-powered logistics solutions across Eastern Europe. You will be responsible not just for closing deals, but also for educating logistics and freight companies on how AI can dramatically reduce operational workload — particularly in document-heavy environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage mid-size freight forwarders, 3PLs, and logistics operators across Eastern Europe • Sell modular SaaS solutions (CRM, TMS, AI Workflow Automation) • Conduct demos and specialized training sessions for new clients and prospects • Clearly explain the benefits of AI in reducing repetitive workload (e.g. quoting, CRM tasks, document generation, shipment updates) • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing • Work closely with onboarding and product teams to ensure client success • Maintain CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales (ERP, CRM, TMS, or logistics SaaS is a strong plus) • Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries • Proven ability to deliver product demos, lead training sessions, and simplify technical concepts • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Fluent in English and at least one Eastern European language (Romanian, Polish, Czech, etc.) • Self-starter with a hunter mindset and a consultative sales approach
