The Cloud Engineer+Networking will be responsible for ensuring the design, implementation, and efficient management of the organization’s cloud infrastructure and services, while also covering cloud and hybrid networking environments.

Main Objective
The primary objective of a Cloud Engineer is to ensure the design, implementation, and efficient management of the organization’s cloud infrastructure and services. This role involves close collaboration with development teams to design and implement cloud strategies and architectures, ensuring that delivered products meet specified requirements and quality standards.
The role also requires solid networking expertise to design, secure, and troubleshoot cloud and hybrid network environments.
Core Responsibilities and Duties
• Design and develop cloud-based solutions to meet organizational needs

Specific Responsibilities
• Understand the Company’s products and infrastructure, including cloud and networking architecture
• Deploy applications using CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps)
• Update application-related components, manually and/or through automation
• Create documentation when required
• Become familiar with CLI tools and administer Linux systems (Debian/Ubuntu-based systems)
• Automate infrastructure provisioning in cloud environments, including network resources
• Build tools to automate the creation of Infrastructure-as-Code and Pipeline-as-Code templates
• Design and manage cloud networking components such as:
• Virtual networks (VNet/VPC), subnets, routing tables
• VPNs, gateways, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity
• Network security rules, firewalls, and access controls
• Troubleshoot applications and infrastructure resources hosted in cloud environments, including network connectivity and performance issues
• Implement automation, effective monitoring, and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices
• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain CI/CD processes, code, agents, and pipelines for various types of applications, automating as many processes as possible
• Support and collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team using the latest technologies, within an Agile environment, to promote proper DevOps practices
• Iterate on best practices to improve the quality and speed of deployments
• Support and enhance the knowledge-sharing process within the engineering team
• Assist development teams with technical questions related to continuous integration, continuous delivery, and cloud/network architecture
Required Technical Expertise (Cloud & Networking)
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts, including:
• TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS
• Virtual networks (VPC/VNet), subnetting, routing
• VPNs, load balancers, gateways, and private connectivity
• Network security (NSGs/Security Groups, firewalls, access rules)
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (preferably Azure DevOps)
• Solid Linux administration skills (Debian/Ubuntu-based systems)
