The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the Scrum framework is implemented effectively within the team. Core Responsibilities: • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices • Remove impediments and foster an environment that enhances team productivity • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is refined and prioritized effectively • Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics and tools • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Requirements: • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification • 3-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments • Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
