WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PYTHON SOFTWARE ENGINEER TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

As an experienced developer within our company you need to have an excellent understanding of how to define and deliver solutions iteratively and collaboratively. You’ll be challenged to solve complex problems and build seamless user interactions to world-class standards.

Note: Depending on the project and our clients' needs, you may get the chance to pack your bags and take off every now and then. Typically, we estimate travel time to be between 0% and 15%.

Requirements

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
• Build and evolve scalable, secure and high-performance experiences for our customers
• Take ownership of your code every step of the way - from development to testing, deployment and maintenance
• Contribute to the technical direction of the platform and help shape solutions that balance customer experience, security, and developer usability
• Deliver clean, scalable, and thoroughly tested code, while promoting adherence to modern engineering principles and teamwide coding standards
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to address user challenges, designing practical yet innovative solutions that deliver real impact
• Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and technical debates, while producing clear documentation to foster knowledge sharing and drive continuous team improvement.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 10+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems, ideally serving millions of users, and at least 5+ years of experience with Python
• Proven experience in DevOps practices, including running and operating what you build
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and driving improvements in developer productivity
• Comfortable working in cloud environments (preferably Azure)
• Experience with microservices and database management.
