We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Cluj, Romania. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the Scrum framework is implemented effectively within the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

We are a product company; we do not outsource. Projects are generally developed in-house, and we expect to support them in the long term
 
Core Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices
• Remove impediments and foster an environment that enhances team productivity
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is refined and prioritized effectively
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics and tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team
 
Requirements:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• 3-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
 
Nice to Have:
• Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
