About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with strong domain expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem and a proven background in product ownership within Agile teams. This role is ideal for someone who is pragmatic, highly communicative, and capable of translating complex technical concepts into structured development tasks that drive value.
You’ll work closely with engineering, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver well-scoped and high-impact product iterations aligned with customer needs and business priorities.

 
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is refined, prioritized, and aligned with product goals.
• Write high-quality user stories with clear Acceptance Criteria that support efficient delivery.
• Lead Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, support, and leadership to define and deliver impactful product improvements.
• Act as the subject matter expert on relevant Microsoft technologies and trends.
• Maintain high visibility into roadmap execution and proactively identify delivery risks or dependencies.
• Ensure smooth communication across teams, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

 
Required Experience & Skills
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Deep technical understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including:
  • Entra
  • Intune
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Windows 365
  • Application Packaging & Package Management
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools like Jira) for backlog and sprint management.
• Experience writing well-defined tickets, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable facilitating team ceremonies and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 
Nice-to-Haves
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced growth environment.
• Certifications in Agile/SCRUM, Product Management, or Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with automation workflows, desktop virtualization, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
