Project Overview: Enterprise platform focused on automating application testing, modernization, and migration across cloud, virtualized, and on-prem environments.
Purpose: Optimization of packaging flows, compatibility testing, cloud readiness, Windows 365 / Azure Virtual Desktop.
 

Your Role:

• Design and develop core features of the main product
• Analyze and improve existing codebase (performance, reliability)
• Contribute to code reviews and best practices
• Lead the development team from a technical perspective, ensuring alignment with architectural goals
• Collaborate with Product and DevOps teams to define and implement scalable solutions
• Drive adoption of coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices
• Mentor team members and support their technical growth
• Participate in architectural decision-making and solution design for complex features

 
Tech Stack:
• .NET Framework, ASP.NET WebAPI
• Azure (App Services, Functions, Pipelines, Storage, Key Vault, VMs, Networking, etc.)
• SQL Azure, SignalR, RDP
 

Requirements:

• 7+ years backend development with .NET

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure

• Familiarity with DevOps, distributed systems, Windows OS, RPA

• Experience in startups or development from scratch

• Very good communication in English

• Diploma in computer science or relevant field

• Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical decisions

• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns

• Experience with code quality practices, CI/CD pipelines, and technical mentoring

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and DevOps teams
